Anyone still watching Canadian Idol?

I was kind of surprised that Greg got voted out last week since I thought he was one of the better singers. But I didn't like his rendition of We Are the Champions last week. But overall, I think Greg is better than some of the remaining singers.

I like Brian Melo more and more each week. I didn't like him much at the beginning, but he is growing on me. I don't think he will win, but he's making a strong push when it looked like he was going to get booted earlier in the competition.

Carly Rae is doing really well, and she could quite possibly win it all. The judges seem to really like her, especially Zack. I think he's got a thing for her. HahA!

I also like Tara. She's a pretty driven performer.

I'm not crazy about Dwight, Jaydee, or Matt. All 3 sing well enough, but Dwight and Jaydee are pretty limited in their vocal abilities. Dwight's the rocker (shouts everything) and Jaydee is the country singer, and when they sing out of their comfort zones, they expose some real deficiencies. And as for Matt, he just never seems to break out of his comfort zone.

Just finished watching Canadian Idol tonight. A lot of the performances were pretty weak. The only ones I really liked were Carly Rae, and Brian Melo. Everyone else was kind of bleh or just okay.

My prediction for elimination: Dwight.

I voted around 20 times for Carly Rae, the only other one I liked was also Brian I agree Dwight needs to go tonight but I think it will be the country girl

I loved Carly Rae again but tried and tried to vote the line was busy all the time

I though Dwight did well last night so did Brian

I think Jaydee or Matt will be gone tonight or I hope so

I think Jaydee or Matt should go too, but I don't think they will. Jaydee has got legions of fans who like his singing. I just think he's a rather weak performer who is very narrow in his vocal abilities. Unless he's singing Elvis or country, he's just a one trick pony who gets into a bit of trouble when he steps out of his comfort zone.

Matt was a little better last night but still overall, rather weak. I think he will be in the bottom 3 tonight, along with Dwight and Carly Rae. As well as she's been singing, it bewilders me that Carly Rae is always in the bottom 3.

Well Matt is toast, I think the voting was right this week.

I am so Glad Carly Rae is still there, I think she got all the votes Tara would have got.

I am glad Dwight has been eliminated I did not like him from the start I did not think he was strong enough and he looked like a robot

well Brian Won and so he should have JayDee was so bad Monday night I think they made the song just for Brian as they knew JayDee would never be able to sing it.
