I made a pot of vegetable soup tonight. Since its been quite a while, it was real good. Now I need to freeze a lot of it because if you don't make a big batch it just does not come out the same.

This morning I'm fixing some oatmeal before I brave the cold. 14F and blustery winds to begin the day. Snow of 1" is also predicted which will make this our 2nd snowstorm this week.

I like pork tenderloin! Hope you enjoy....

Last night, I had a broasted Fish Sandwich and French Fries. It was super good as whatever kind of fish they were using yesterday really made a delicious sandwich.

I usually pickup Fish & Chips on Fridays. I like the meal a lot and we have plenty of places which serve fresh fish (not frozen) coming in daily to Boston Harbor.

I had a raisin bran muffin, a slice of mango, tropical fruit juice, and a Mandarin orange for brekky.

For lunch I had a chicken sandwich on a Portuguese bun with smoked chicken from the local deli, with a pepperoni stick (from the same deli), and some more tropical fruit juice.

For snack, I had 5 cheese/potato perogies, the No Name brand from Superstore.

For dinner, I had steak with rice and broccoli, with a cup of yogurt for dessert.

I'm thinking about skipping the late night snack, which probably would have been a banana.

Harvey's! I never tried the veggie burger, but I had a Harvey's Angus burger a couple of weeks ago. It's a pretty good burger, but it's pretty expensive. I think I paid $7 for the combo meal, which included a drink and some onion rings. It took them 20 minutes to make the burger though. Apparently, they forgot about my order which was really weird because I was one of maybe 3 people there.

For brekky, I had some strawberry yogurt.

It's 10:20 am and I am thinking about having some sushi for lunch. Maybe a nice combo meal with some teriyaki chicken or tempura veggies. Yummers.

I'm not sure what to have for dinner. Maybe more sushi. Cool

Just returned from lunch and to lay to rest all your wondering, yes, I did indeed have sushi for lunch. And it was good. Smiley

I also had a Coke, and a small bag of corn chips. Yeah, not exactly good for me, but I like to indulge myself every now and again. It's the weekend! Boom chuka-boom chuka-lukka!
